Deluxe DVD Wedding Video Package

- The Deluxe DVD Wedding Video Package includes TWO
individual DVDs inside of a beautiful white deluxe vinyl Wedding
Memories case.
- Your DVDs will include six music videos, one wedding montage, and video highlights of the pre-ceremony,
ceremony, and reception.
- Your wedding will be filmed in (1440x1080)
1080i High-Definition Video (HDV) with a professional Sony HVR-A1 video camera.
- Your captured footage is then edited and produced
for standard (720x480) DVD playback - up to 60 minutes of video highlights per DVD.
- Each DVD features a main menu with a
background image from your event, background music, and video-animated buttons.
- The surface of
each DVD is printed with a still image captured by us from your wedding event.
- Atlantic Videography will provide event coverage with one HD
video camera for up to 8 hours, or till the end of the reception.
- A $300 deposit is due upon signing of the contract
and reserves the date.
- For your convenience, the contract can be emailed to you for you to print out, sign, and mail back to us with your deposit.
- The remaining balance of $550 is due on or before
14 calendar days prior to your wedding day.
- Deposits are fully refunded with a
written cancellation notice received no later than 90 calendar days from the
date of the wedding.
- Local travel within the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area is
included. Travel outside of the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area is extra.
- Your Deluxe DVD Wedding Video Package will be ready for pickup
approximately 2-6 weeks after the date of your wedding.
- Additional formal copies are $50 each.
- Book your event with us ASAP! Prices and packages are subject to change at any time. A signed contract locks in your package and rate.
